Symptom

When running a DTP, one of the following happens:

  • DTP selection contains PSA requests which are not visible when checking the PSA maintenance screen
  • DTP selection contains empty PSA requests
  • the DTP possibly does not deliver any records, with the message "Request <requestname> in PSA <PSA name> has zero records"
