         Open SQL array insert produces duplicate records in the database.

     What happened?
         Error in the ABAP application program.

         The current ABAP program "SAPLF005" had to be terminated because it found a
         statement that could not be executed.

  • Error when manually insert a record in the source table directly in the database 
    ERROR on line 1: ORA-00001: exclusive constraint (UNKNOWN.obj#=8871040) violated ORA-06512: on "SAPSR3./1LT/00000XXXINS", line 1 ORA-04088: error during trigger execution 'SAPSR3./1LT/00000XXXINS'
