3535533 - ABAP dump DBSQL_SQL_ERROR / CX_SY_OPEN_SQL_DB during activation in SFW5

Symptom

A Business Function is activated using transaction SFW5. After pressing "Activate" the transaction terminates with a short-dump DBSQL_SQL_ERROR / CX_SY_OPEN_SQL_DB.

The 'Short Text' and the 'What Happened?' sections contains the following information:

"SQL error "SQL code: 207" occurred while accessing table "SFW5_HISTORY"."
Database error text: "SQL message: Invalid column name 'DDIC_RESULT'."
