The title “Pay Component” is missing in the user profile for one-time payments when the latest people profile is enabled.

1. Search for employee "AAA".
2. Click on compensation.
3. In One-Time Payments click on View All. 
4. The title “Pay Component”  is missing.

• The issue is planned to be fixed via patch on 12th Nov 2024.
