3535668 - Unable to add products based on sales area in Sales Quote

The determination does not happen based on sales area when trying to add products in Sales Quotes based on sales area using the 'Related to documents' standard feature, although Sales Org, Distribution channel and Division were maintained in every product.

It is possible to see products based on Sales Org and Distribution Channel only. But it is desired to see the results based on Sales Org + Distribution Channel + Division.

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Go to Sales > Sales Quotes.
2. Open a Quote.
3. Go to Products facet.
4. On Products section, click on Add button.
5. Click on help button.
6. filter by 'Related to Documents'.
7. More results are shown than supposed.

The query "Related to documents" filters the data based only on Sales Organizational and Distribution Channel. The Division is not considered in this. From the standard product point of view, there is no other way to add the division directly.

This is the expected system behavior.

However, please post this request in Influence Site. This is the channel to approach the product management team directly. Development will evaluate the feasibility of the request and provide an statement on the possibility of enabling it on a future release. The product management team is constantly seeking for ideas for new features.
