3535669 - Currency and UoM are not automatically displayed for Products in Sales Quotes

Symptom

When trying to add a Total Pricing or Product Pricing for Sales Quote, the UoM and Currency are not automatically derived by the system.

Environment

SAP Cloud for Customer

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Sales > Sales Quotes.
  2. Open the desired Quote.
  3. Click on tab Products.
  4. Select a Product.
  5. Then on section Total Pricing click on Add.
  6. The currency is not automatically derived from Sales Data or Org. Model. Also, the UoM is not automatically shown.

Cause

The Currency and UoM need to be manually set by users.

Resolution

This is the expected system behavior.
