Symptom

  • After the creation of a new custom calculation, an attempt to run the calculation within a decision step of a process chain results in the error 'RSPC110 - Error in calculation X'.
  • The job BI_PROCESS_DECISION failed with the below logs:

         Start process DECISION X in run Y of chain Z
         Variant X, instance T started in chain run Y
         Calculate condition XX
         Error in calculation XX
         Process Decision Between Multiple Alternatives, variant X test version for SAP message has status Ended with err
