3535703 - New Zealand KiwiSaver is not auto populating values even when saved in Personal Data Collection step - Onboarding

KS2 Kiwi saver form:  Name fields, address, tax number, email address have not populated at all while they are present in Personal Data Collection, also maintained in New Zealand Tax Code or Tax Rate Declaration form.

Salutation is not enabled in Manage Business Configuration > personalInfo.

Or it is String type.

Please enable the field 'Salutation' field from the Manage Business Configuration -> PersonalInfo.

Make sure it is Picklist type with a predefined picklist salutation. 

Afterwards, refresh odata metadata cache.

While logging in as a candidate, you will be able to see the values maintained in the fields for KiwiSaver form.
