3535705 - Rehire candidate getting internal server error during personal data collection step - Onboarding

Legal entity transfer rehire with new employment triggers internal server error when trying to complete personal data collection. Important to note that is a future hired candidate also.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Onboarding initiated successfully.
2. Rehire candidate received external welcome mail
3. Candidate reset the password and logged into onboarding homepage
4. Candidate completed personal data collection step
5. Candidate moved to onboarding rehire verification step as National ID, Date Of Birth, First name and last name are matched.
6. HR selected the profile and clicked on Rehire with New employment
7. Now again Provide personal data task is triggered and but rehire welcome mail is not received.
8. Rehire candidate when checked in To-do list of Active profile He/She could see provide personal data and when clicked to fill the data getting internal server error.

Missing permission granted to the internal rehire with new employment candidate.

When you rehire a user with Future termination record. The Onboarding tasks are assigned to the internal employee and not external user profile. 

The internal hire user is unable to complete task because of missing onboarding permissions. 

Please add the permissions provided in the role OnboardingExternalUser to the role that is assigned to internal user and then the user will be able to complete the task.
