3535710 - Cards from Compensation form still visible on Home Page

Even though manager send the form to next step the form is still visible under "For you Today" on Home Page. 

• SAP SuccessFactors Compensation

1. Manager approves the form;
2. Go to SuccessFactors Home Page;
3. There is a notification under "For you today" to approve/complete the form. 

A job can be ran to update all to-do cards. Please check below the details to run the Job in Provisioning: 

• Job Type: Migrate To-Do entries to Cards Service;
• Job Parameters: 
  • Remove from Card Service (It will remove all the active and inactive Todo in the company for selected category)
  • Refresh to-Do Category (It will bring back only valid To-Dos)
  • Reward Results (To-Do Category for Compensation planning to-do tile)

As a customer you don't have access to provisioning, please contact your Partner or Professional Services to run the job for you.
