3535827 - Error /SCWM/L3682 when confirming pick Warehouse Task with exception code CHBA

Symptom

Below error message occurs when confirming pick WT with exception code CHBA：

Available quantity for prod. &1 is not sufficient

Message no. /SCWM/L3682

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Cause

One of the possible cause can be that the stock with target batch are packed into Handling Units.

Resolution

When changing to a new batch and the stock is packed into Handling Units (HUs), a HU needs to be specified to identify the stock.
