3535908 - Access Control Restriction for "Billing" tab of "Plan Customer Projects" App in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

The requirement is to provide access control for specific users in the "Plan Customer Projects" app: Only limited users should get authorization to access the "Billing" tab to view billing items and billing plans.

Below are the detailed steps:

1. Search for the business role, e.g., "BR_PROJECT_MANAGER_PROF_RESTRICTED" in the "Maintain Business Roles" app.
2. Click "Edit" and go to the "General Role Details" tab.
3. Maintain "Write, Read, Value Help" as "Restricted" and then click the "Maintain Restrictions" button.
4. Click into the "General" restriction type and find the restriction "Sales Document Type".
5. Click the "Edit" button and select "Not Maintained" for "Field Settings". 
6. Assign this business role to the related business user.
7. This way, when switching to the "Billing" tab in the "Plan Customer Projects" app, errors will appear: "No display authorization for document type SO01" "You cannot navigate to billing. Please contact support".
