Symptom

From IntroscopeEnterpriseManager.log the following errors can be found:

00/00/00 0:0:0.000 AM EDT [INFO] [XXXXXXXX-XXXXX] [Manager.UserManagementService] "Admin" Failed to login from host "localhost"
00/00/00 0:0:0.000 AM EDT [WARN] [XXXXXXXX-XXXXX] [Manager] Authentication failed for user Admin: No match for user/password combination.
