3536183 - Save Draft Button in Personal Data Collection doesn't allow user to close the task - Onboarding

• In Provide Personal Data step, new hire enters some of their information, then clicks on 'save draft', the following message "The data on this page has been saved successfully." displays.
• There is no way to close the message and go back to home page or navigate anywhere else. It makes you click 'continue editing' and still remains on the same page.

• Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

It's a current system expected behavior.

• Current System Behavior: The Save Draft button is designed to allow candidates to save their progress before submitting a task. However, there is currently no option to "close" the task directly.
• Workaround: Candidates can click on the company logo in the top left corner, which will redirect them to their homepage.
