3536240 - A/R invoice and A/R credit memo with the same withholding tax cannot be reconciled

Symptom

When trying to reconcile an A/R Invoice with an A/R Credit Memo subject to withholding taxes with the same total amounts, the system returns the following message:

Both applied amount and WTax amount need to be reconciled
