• The "Download Documents" action is unavailable or disabled in the Actions menu.
• What permission is required to use the Download Documents action?

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Navigate to the Latest Applicant Workbench.
2. Select multiple candidates.
3. Click the Actions button (three dots icon).
4. Observe that the "Download Documents" option is unavailable or grayed out.

• The "Download Documents" action is grayed out if there are no documents (resume and cover letter) available to download for the selected candidates.
• The "Download Documents" action is unavailable if the read permission for "resume" and "coverLetter" is not defined in the Job Application template.

Grant the read permission for "resume" and "coverLetter" to operator roles in the Job Application template. Please note that permissions for "resume" and "coverLetter" are not configured through the Job Requisition template.

Note: By keeping the permissions for "resume" and "coverLetter" to operator roles exclusively in the Candidate Profile template, they should be able to view the documents but the "Download Documents" action will remain unavailable.

If the option is grayed out, verify that the selected candidates have documents (resume and cover letter) available for download.
