E-signature task completed by candidate still shows as incomplete in onboarding dashboard.

1. Initiated onboarding;
2. E-signature step was triggered;
3. Candidate completed the E-signature task, but the E-signature task still shows incomplete in onboarding dashboard, also the E-signature task to do card exists in the candidate's homepage;
4. Go to onboarding dashboard and click on actions, then click on onboarding documents. Verify that the documents have been signed by candidate;

Personal Data Collection step configured in the process variant but it was skipped. When configuring the Personal Data Collection step in the process variant, it is necessary to have the candidates complete the Personal Data Collection before proceeding to the signature step.

Please check if the SAP_ONB2_ECDataCollectionCheck rule is skipping the Personal Data Collection step. If it is, please disable this rule and restart the onboarding process for the affected candidates.
