3536413 - Cannot Edit Quantity While Creating a Customer Invoice from Outbound Delivery Invoice Request

Symptom

The quantity field for the item is not editable in the new invoice screen when attempting to create a customer invoice from an outbound delivery invoice request.

Environment

SAP Business Bydesign

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to the Customer Invoicing work center.
  2. Proceed to the Invoice requests View.
  3. Search for the Invoice request XYZ (XYZ represents the ID of the Outbound delivery Invoice request).
  4. Select the Invoice Request and click on the Invoice button.
  5. In the new invoice screen, observe that the quantity field for the item is not editable.

Cause

The system does not allow the quantity to be edited while invoicing the Outbound delivery invoice request.

Resolution

This is the current system behavior.
