3536526 - Recruiting Issues Post JDM/JBP/TIH Migrations - Recruiting Management

Post the following migrations, certain issues started to appear in Recruiting.

• Job Description Management migration to Job Profile Builder;
• Job Profile Builder migration to Talent Intelligent Hub.

Here are some known-issues:

• When accessing the Interview Rating page:

1. 1. There's an error: "The competencies are not properly configured on the job requisition template".
   2. The page is not loading.
   3. Inactive Competencies are not showing.

• On the Job Requisitions, the Competencies are missing.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

• Cause #1:

After successfully migrating from JDM to JBP and enabling "Use Job Profiles in Requisitions" in Manage Recruiting Settings to also migrate the Competencies in Recruiting, any Competency marked as READ ONLY or HIDDEN in JDM will not be migrated, resulting on the Competencies disappearing from the Job Requisitions and Interview Central.

• Cause #2:

"Use Job Profiles in Requisitions" in Manage Recruiting Settings has been enable without having the JDM to JBP migration successfully completed, resulting on the Competencies disappearing from the Job Requisitions and Interview Central.

Before migrating:

• Make sure that the JDM to JBP data migration job after enabling "JDM v2.0/Skills Management" in Provisioning has been successfully completed;
• Make sure that inactive Competency (READ ONLY or HIDDEN) being used in Recruiting has set as active before enabling "Use Job Profiles in Requisitions" in Manage Recruiting Settings.

If after migrating to JBP the Competencies were not set as active, or "Use Job Profiles in Requisitions" has been enabled without having the JDM to JBP data migration job successfully completed, you can refer to the following KBA as workaround to have the Competencies migrated: 2743094 - Competencies/Candidate Ratings Not Migrated After Enabling Job Profile Builder in Recruiting. If the Competencies were not set as active, or "Use Job Profiles in Requisitions" has been enabled without having the migration job successfully completed and Talent Intelligent Hub has already been enabled, the referred KBA won't work as workaround. In this case, please submit a ticket to Product Support.
