3536527 - Error Encountered While Running Task List SAP_BW_SETUP_INITIAL_CONFIG in S/4HANA System

After executing the reports ZADMINCOCKPITCORR and RSTCT_ACTIVATEADMINCOCKPIT_NEW as per SAP Note ##2523135, the below errors were encountered while running the task list SAP_BW_SETUP_INITIAL_CONFIG:

• Shadow object DTP_xxx cannot be expanded; chain is inconsistent
• A data record is to be inserted even though a data record with the same primary key or same unique secondary key exists.
• An exception with the type CX_SY_OPEN_SQL_DB was raised, but was not handled locally or declared in a RAISING clause.
