3536591 - Error Message: No Report Data Available to Display; Check the Selection' while Executing Project Plan Values - Report

Project Plan Values - Report is not fetching the data and showing the below error message:

No report data available to display; check the selection

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to the Business Analytics work center.
2. Go to the Design Reports view.
3. Search for Report: Project Plan Values.
4. Enter the required Parameters.
5. Click on Apply.

Error Message displayed:
No report data available to display; check the selection

Project plan data is not visible in the report for the Project as the calculation of project cost estimate failed in financials.

Check the data in the below steps:

1. Go to the Cost and Revenue work center.
2. Go to the Projects view.
3. Search for the required Project and check Error status field

The status of Project cost estimate shows is in error. Check Error status. The reason is end date of the project of the fiscal period is not defined in system in case if the fiscal year variant is not a pre-delivered by SAP. It is required to define the periods that are being used in start date and end date of the project. 

Maintain Fiscal year periods to retrigger the project cost estimate valuation by following the below steps:

1. Go to the Business Configuration Work center.
2. Go to the Implementation Projects view.
3. Select the Project and Open Activity List. 
4. Search for Activity Other Fiscal Year.
5. Choose Open.
6. Select the Fiscal Year Variant.
7. Maintain the required periods and Save.
