3536745 - Add Division as Dimension for Sales Target Plan

It is required to create a Sales Target Plan with target assigned as per "Divisions" but the Division option is not found in Planning Dimensions as well as in the Plan in Excel.

Division cannot be added as dimension for Sales Target Plan. Development can't enable extension on it due to technical reasons.

This is the expected system behavior.

Development will evaluate the feasibility of the request and provide an statement on the possibility of enabling it on a future release.
