Symptom

ORA-24247 errors from com.sap.idm.jmx.sldreg.SLDCollector in the default trace on IDM system.

java.sql.SQLException: ORA-24247: network access denied by access control list (ACL)

Caused by: Error : 24247, Position : 7, Sql = SELECT UTL_INADDR.get_host_address host FROM dual, OriginalSql = SELECT UTL_INADDR.get_host_address host FROM dual, Error Msg = ORA-24247: network access denied by access control list (ACL)
