3536780 - How to configurate paid leave for the dates with different planned working hours

Symptom

For hourly paid leave for days with different planned working hours, you would like to calculate the number of days to be consumed based on the annual average working hours.

  • For example, if an employee takes one hour of paid leave on a weekday and one hour of paid leave on a Saturday for a scheduled workday of 8 hours on weekdays and 4 hours on Saturdays, the same number of days should be used from the paid leave. However, it is used at the rate of one hour for the scheduled workday.
Legally, the time to be consumed when taking hourly paid leave when the scheduled working hours vary from day to day should be calculated based on the "average daily working hours in a year".
  • This KBA provides sample code of BAdI PT_ABS_ATT_COUNTRY to implement this requirement.
