3536878 - Exporting to Excel hangs when using Data Analyzer export feature

When attempting to export data from a data analyzer insight to a CSV or Excel file, the export process becomes stuck and does not progress further.

This insight is created based on a BW live connection.

There are two possible root causes:

• A BW bug.  
• Excessive data volume in the insight.  

• For the BW bug, you can apply the BW Note 3483990 - "BW InA: incorrect parent index causing export issue" to your backend BW system.
• For the data volume, you can refer to the Note 3302128 - Considerations when working with Export Excel and Export CSV functionality in SAC Data Analyzer, it is recommended not to export more than 1 million cells of data as it could lead to memory or timeout limits.
