3537085 - XML file for the Balance Confirmation Output

Unable to download the XML file for the 'Balance Confirmation Output' using the 'Manage Balance Confirmation for Customers' app.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition.

It is not feasible to print the XML file directly from the "Manage Balance Confirmation for Customers" app.

As a workaround, can be preview and validate the XML data using Adobe LiveCycle Designer by following the steps below:

1. In "Maintain Form Templates" app, download the standard form template 'FIN_FO_BLNC_CNFRM_LTTR' or custom one.
2. Open the downloaded form template in Adobe LiveCycle Designer.
3. From the top menu, navigate to File → Form Properties.
4. Go to the Preview tab and choose Generate Preview Data
5. In the Data file field, browse and select the required XML file, then click OK
   When using the PDF Preview, the system will now use the data from the selected test XML file.

The generated XML can be modified as needed and reload it via Preview → Data file before previewing again.
