3537113 - Changes to the calculation method LINEAR in New Accrual Engine in S/4HANA

Symptom

After migrating the Accrual Engine to S/4HANA, the calculation of the accrual object using method LINEAR in ACACTREE01 transaction has changed if the object life does not start at the beginning of the month and does not end at the end of the month.

In ECC, based on the start of life and end of life, the system counts 12 months.

In S/4HANA, based on the start of life and end of life, the system counts 13 months.
