3537126 - Error when Modifying Purchase Order with Line Item Assigned to Closed Project

System throws an error "Item X: Status of project task Y not 'Started' or 'Released'." (X: Item ID, Y: task ID)

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Navigate to Purchase Requests and Orders work center.
2. Go to Purchase Orders view.
3. Search for relevant Purchase Order.
4. Edit the order.
5. Navigate to the Items tab.
6. Make any changes to an existing line item or add a new line.
7. The system throws an error.

This is standard system behavior. 

The system does not allow the assignment of a closed project to a purchase order when creating it.

Note that if a project is closed after the purchase order is created, the system will still expect the project to be open in order to assign it. This applies to both existing line items and newly added line items.
