3537184 - Unable to access SmartEdit with "/#/storefront" in its URL

Symptom

When login in SmartEdit through an URL with "/#/storefront" (example: https://backoffice.xxxx-xyz-x1-public.model-t.cc.commerce.ondemand.com/smartedit/#/storefront), the screen remains empty and the following errors are seen in the console tab of the browser:

  • could not retrieve experience from storage or route params
  • ERROR f: NG0203
