3537197 - Light-weight add-on initialization failed with an exception error of 'Sap.Data.Hana.HanaConnection'

Symptom

When initializing a newly installed light-weight add-on, the application returns an exception error with the below message after inputting database credentials:

System.TypeInitializationException: The type initializer for 'Sap.Data.Hana.HanaConnection' threw an exception. ---> System.IO.DirectoryNotFoundException: Could not find a part of the path.
