Symptom
How to proceed to use Import > Create in Data Import and Export tool.

Resolution
When creating data into the system, there are a few steps to follow and some details to keep in mind:
1. Go to the "Settings" > "All Settings"
2. Navigate to the "Data Import and Export" tool
3. Click on "Download Template" (keep in mind that every time that a new import create occurs, it's required to download a new template)
4. Select the Entity and the File Type (Excel or CSV)
5. The file will be downloaded in a .ZIP file. Extract the files to proceed.
6. Fulfill the file according to the business needs.
NOTES:
- Do not change the name of the file, this will lead to inconsistencies.
- The file language will be the same as the login language. Do not download the template in one language and import it in other (e.g. Login in Spanish, download the template, logout, login in English, import the file download in Spanish). This will lead to inconsistencies.
- In case it's needed to import more than one file, remember that it will be necessary to compress it in another .zip file before import. Do not change the .zip name.
7. With the file finished, go back to the UI.
8. Select Import > Create
9. Choose the Entity and the type of import (Complete or Individual)
10. Select the file type (the same used in the file) and import.
IMPORTANT:
Always kept attempt in the Field Definition tab (inside of the download file). In this tab will be listed all the field types.
UUID: it's a combination of letters an number (The Technical ID)
DATETIME: should be in the pattern YYYY-MM-DD
BOOLEAN: True or False
