Here are some effective tips for selecting appropriate keywords when searching for a KBA in the Help Center::

1. Performing searches in English is strongly advised whenever possible..
   
   Since English is the primary language for most content, conducting searches in English can simplify the process of locating the desired term. Switching the system to the English language setting may further assist in this effort. If the English name of a specific app is unknown, it can be retrieved from the Fiori App Library by entering its name in another language into the search bar.

        Search operators should be used to refine and narrow down results, ensuring that the most relevant information is found quickly and efficiently.
