This KBA explains how to change Date Format in Offer Letters

SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Go to Recruiting
2. Select Requisition > Candidates
3. Select Candidate in Offer Stage
4. Actions > Offer Letter
5. Select Language e.g (English - UK) and Template
6. Preview
7. Date format is in (Date Month, Year)

The date format depends on the date format being followed by the language used on the offer. 

Since that date format depends on the language used on the offer template, if there is a specific date format that needs to be used, the language that uses the particular date format needs to be configured for the offer template. 

As an example: 

• Changing the system Language from English US to English UK will also show how the date will be seen under manage Recruiting Settings
  Admin Centre > Manage Recruiting Settings > Offer Letter > Set date format to be displayed in Offer Letters.
• If the Language is English (UK), it follows the UK date format (dd/mm/yyyy)
  
• If the Language is English (US), it follows the US date format (mm/dd/yyyy)
