3537409 - Inability to Edit or Delete "Case Description" Note Type in Purchase Orders

The system does not allow modifications or deletions for the note type "Case Description".

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Navigate to the Purchase Requests and Orders work center.
2. Proceed to the Purchase Orders view.
3. Search for the relevant purchase order.
4. Navigate to the items tab.
5. Select the line item.
6. Go to the "Notes" sub-tab under the line item.
7. The "Case Description" note type is visible, but the delete option is disabled.

The system is designed in such a way that the note types "Case Description" is not editable or deletable. 

The note type "Case Description" cannot be edited or deleted once it has been added. Instead, other types of notes available such as "Remark for Supplier", "Internal Comment", and "Remark from Supplier" can be used.
