Explores an effective method for collecting Single Sign-On (SSO) trace information in a Datasphere tenant.

Resolution
To get a valid SSO trace, perform the following steps:
- In Datasphere: System -> Administration -> Security
- In "Authentication Method" section, select "SAML Single Sign-On (SSO)".
- Finish step 1~3 of the "SAML Single Sign-On (SSO) Configuration" section.
- In step 4 of the "SAML Single Sign-On (SSO) Configuration" section, after clicking "Verify Account", the following pop-up window appears. Then copy the login URL.
- Open an new window with privacy mode and then open developer tools.
- Paste the login URL you copied in the previous step into your privacy mode browser(Make sure developer tools is opened before you paste the URL).
- Enter credentials on the next page.
- After the credentials verification is completed, In Developer Tools, click the "Export HAR" button.
After that, upload the HAR file in the case.
