Symptom

Explores an effective method for collecting Single Sign-On (SSO) trace information in a Datasphere tenant.

Resolution

To get a valid SSO trace, perform the following steps:

  1. System -> Administration -> Security
  2. In "Authentication Method" section, select "SAML Single Sign-On (SSO)".
  3. Finish step 1~3 of the "SAML Single Sign-On (SSO) Configuration" section.
  4. In step 4 of the "SAML Single Sign-On (SSO) Configuration" section, if you choose "Email" as User Attribute in steps 3, enter an email address and click "Verify Account".
  5. Open an new window with privacy mode and then open developer tools.
  6. Paste the URL you copied in the previous step into your privacy mode browser(Make sure developer tools is opened before you paste the URL).
  7. Enter username and password on the next page.
  8. In Developer Tools, click the "Export HAR" button.

After that, upload the HAR file in the case.
