Explores an effective method for collecting Single Sign-On (SSO) trace information in a Datasphere tenant.

Resolution
To get a valid SSO trace, perform the following steps:
- System -> Administration -> Security
- In "Authentication Method" section, select "SAML Single Sign-On (SSO)".
- Finish step 1~3 of the "SAML Single Sign-On (SSO) Configuration" section.
- In step 4 of the "SAML Single Sign-On (SSO) Configuration" section, if you choose "Email" as User Attribute in steps 3, enter an email address and click "Verify Account".
- Open an new window with privacy mode and then open developer tools.
- Paste the URL you copied in the previous step into your privacy mode browser(Make sure developer tools is opened before you paste the URL).
- Enter username and password on the next page.
- In Developer Tools, click the "Export HAR" button.
After that, upload the HAR file in the case.
