3537456 - Enable Extensibility for Milestone Object

Symptom

When trying to create a custom field on the Milestone Object, the + is greyed out and not clickable.

Environment

SAP Sales Cloud and SAP Service Cloud Version 2 1.0

Reproducing the Issue

1. Click on User Icon.
2. Go to Settings > All Settings .
3. Go to Extensibility Administration.
4. Select Service Level Service > Milestone.
5. Go to Custom Fields tab.
6. Click on "+".

Cause

The custom field for Milestone Object needs to be created on the Case Object.

Resolution

1. Click on User Icon.
2. Go to Settings > All Settings .
3. Go to Extensibility Administration.
4. Select Case.
5. Go to Custom Fields tab.
6. Click on "+".
