How to add SLA milestone columns to Case OWL.
Environment
SAP Sales Cloud and SAP Service Cloud Version 2
Resolution
To add the SLAs to the Case OWL,
- Go to Case OWL.
- Select User Symbol.
- Select Adaptation Mode.
- Select the Pencil Symbol.
- Select Add from List.
- Select Timepoints.
- Add SLA's you require.
