How to add SLA milestone columns to Case OWL.

Environment

SAP Sales Cloud and SAP Service Cloud Version 2 

Resolution

To add the SLAs to the Case OWL,

 

  1. Go to Case OWL.
  2. Select User Symbol.
  3. Select Adaptation Mode.
  4. Select the Pencil Symbol.
  5. Select Add from List.
  6. Select Timepoints.
  7. Add SLA's you require.
