3537632 - DBCON connection to 'Azure Synapse' fails throwing error message "No shared library found for database..."

Symptom

The customer set up a DBCON (database multiconnect) connection to a 'Azure Synapse' database which runs on a server other than the SAP NetWeaver host. 

In DBACockpit, testing the Database Connection in DBCON or in SE38, by executing report ADBC_TEST_CONNECTION, returns following error message:

"No shared library found for database..."
