3537646 - View partitioning is not transported via packages between tenants

When transporting a view with partitioning via package to another tenant, transported view does not have partitions.

Expected behaviour.

View persistency partitioning setting is not part of the designtime metadata. Thus it is not included in the export.

As the data in different tenant might vary, it is reasonable to have different partitioning setting for different run-time data.
