3537698 - Message 'Could not calculate revenue for XXX as the UoM is not H or HR' is displayed while recalculating Revenue of a Work Package

Warning message Could not calculate revenue for XXX as the UoM is not H or HR is displayed after using the Recalculate button to recalculate the Revenue of a Work Package role in app 'Plan Customer Projects'.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Open app 'Plan Customer Projects' and search for a project;
2. Navigate to the Work Packages tab and click on Edit;
3. Create a new role by clicking in Add Team Role;
4. After adding the role, click on Recalculate and notice that the warning message 'Could not calculate revenue for XXX as the UoM is not H or HR' will be displayed.

The UoM (Unit of Measure) field for the Rate which combines the Sales Organization and Distribution Channel of the Project is different than 'H' and/or 'HR'.

As the warning message indicates, this field has to be maintained either as 'H' or 'HR' (Unit of Measure for Hours).

To change the Unit of Measure (UoM) for the affected Rate, the following steps must be carried:

1. Open app 'Set Service Prices - Sales';
2. In the Condition Type field, type PSP0 (Service Price) > press Enter (keyboard);
3. Select the Key Combination Sales org./Distr. Chl/Customer/Material/Srvc. Org/Pers. No/;
4. Fill the Sales Organization and Distribution Channel fields and click on Execute;
5. Check the UoM column and change it to either 'H' or 'HR';
6. Save the changes.
