3537699 - Time Accounts Created for Future Year Instead of Current Year After Time Profile Change

• When the employee has a change in his Time Profile, system is creating the Time Accounts for the next year and not for the current year.

• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Off

1. Update the Time Profile of the employee.
2. Go to Administer Time for the employee.
3.  Click on Time Accounts and filter the by the start date of the new time profile.
4. See that the new accounts for the current year are not created.
5. Change the date to next year.
6. See all the Time Accounts available.

This is a current defect.

• Engineering team is working on the fix for the issue.
• The fix will be included in the first release of 2025.
• Until the fix, follow the workaround below:

            Workaround 1: Manually run Time Account Creation Calendar from Admin Tools -> Manage Time Off Calendar UI. Additionally, run the Accrual calendar as well if accruals need to be posted.
