When accessing app "Manage Material Cost Estimates", the status of the cost estimate is 'Costed', even though "Price Update: Other Prices" was executed (Release Material Cost Estimates app). The expectation is that status would be 'Released'.

Cause
Correct system behavior.
Resolution
Releasing a standard cost estimate updates the calculated cost to the Standard Price field in the material master. Therefore, in order to have the status 'Released', you have to execute "Price Update: Standard Price" (Release Material Cost Estimates app).
