3537777 - State Tax form triggering/triggered twice for USA based candidates

State Tax form triggering twice for USA based candidates, for example for Colorado state, two Colorado State Tax forms got triggered to the candidate to complete. 

SAP Successfactors Onboarding

1. Initiate Onboarding for USA based candidates (irrespective of manual initiation, Recruiting's end or Application Tracking System)
2. Complete New Hire Data Review (NHDR) & Personal Data Collection (PDC) step
3. You'll see that state tax form triggered twice (For example: if Colorado state, Colorado state tax form triggered twice for the onboardee)

• Navigate to Admin Center > Manage Data > In the first search box: FormSelectionFilter > In the second  search box: (For example: if the issue is with Colorado state tax form) > put "US_CO"
• You'll get multiple form versions for this state with respect to the year: 2022, 2023, 2024, etc & UI version & PDF versions.
• There must be discrepancies in the effectiveDate or effectiveEndDate in some particular forms.
• Discrepancy such as check for affected state form as an example, in which form version's effectiveEndDate is intersecting with another for example: if 2022 version's end date is after the start date of 2023 version
• This is the root cause behind the issue

Please create a support case with SAP with the component LOD-SF-OBX-FRM

Our support engineer will raise a script run request internally to make the required corrections in the dates for the affected state form versions.
