Symptom
- Options for Service Orders, Functional Locations, Product Installation Points, and Installed Bases appear in the Agent Desktop under the Customer Hub tab, despite these services not being assigned to the user's Business Role.
- Attempts to hide these options using adaptation mode have been unsuccessful.
