3537804 - Error message when entering &&NO_OVERWRITE&& for country field in address portlet template - 2H2024

Error message encountered when entering "&&NO_OVERWRITE&&" for country/region field in address portlet during import of Employee Data Address Information.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

1. Log in to SF instance.
2. Navigate to Import Employee Data.
3. Download template -> Select Entity -> Address Information.
4. Fill the template and enter specific code "&&NO_OVERWRITE&&" in the country/region field -> Import.
5. Error:
   "[Empty/Invalid country/region value mentioned. Only 3-letter ISO codes for countries/regions are supported., Empty/Invalid country/region value mentioned. Only 3-letter ISO codes for countries/regions are supported.]"

• This is working as per system design.
• The code &&NO_OVERWRITE&& don't support the standard business key fields (person Id external, start date, addressType) and country while performing address information import.
