3537854 - com.sap.smd.wily.hostagent.action.RemoteOsCommandAction Error: Unable to access jarfile

Symptom

When configuring Introscope Host Adapter (WilyHost application) for the BOE system, the activity "Introscope Host Adapter Installation" can be finished successfully in Managed System Configuration, but there is missing node "BOBJ ENTERPRISE" > <Short system ID>" > "BOE_KPIs" in Wily EM Introscope Webview Investigator.

The following error is detected in SMDAgentApplication.X.log:
