3537864 - Value of attribute [emailTemplateSetId] is invalid in Provisioning to IAS

Symptom

  • Real time provisioning to IAS is resulting in an error 531.
  • Go to Identity Provisioning > Provisioning Logs > Real-Time Logs, see the error message: 
     "HTTP operation failed invoking https://<IAS tenant ID>/service/scim/Users with statusCode: 400, Response: Value of attribute [emailTemplateSetId] is invalid or the provided set does not have On-Behalf Registration template matching the locale."
