3538056 - WH Monitor prevents stock change with quality reference

In Warehouse Monitor (transaction /SCWM/MON) a stock item is selected for stock type (or product/batch) change. The changes are prevented by error /SCWM/MONITOR275 "&1 stock items skipped for stock change (inspection reference)". The same change for the stock item can be completed without error in transaction /SCWM/POST.
