3538175 - Repartitioning fails with "Moving data between servers is not allowed" and incorrect hostnames are listed for the locations.

Symptom

During repartitioning of a table, it fails with error

e partitioning     Split.cpp(02659) : Moving data between servers is not allowed. During Repartitioning
and i the preceding lines showing 
i partitioning     RepartitionMapper.cpp(01447) : Got locations:[<hostname>:<port>]
i partitioning     RepartitionMapper.cpp(01535) : Source Locations:[<hostname>:<port>]

You notice that the source locations are those of the current system, but the hostname for Got locations shows a hostname from a different system.
