3538207 - Report destination Email settings not overwritten after promoting from Source to Target

Symptom

  • When promoting reports such as WEBI or Crystal with the No Email option checked in Default destination settings from Source to Target, then it takes the Target settings. 
  • Promoting reports such as WEBI or Crystal with Email option checked in Default destination settings from Source to Target then the Source settings overrides the Target settings.
